Established by an overly enthusiastic dog mum, Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea bring a personal, professional & reliable service to the dog parents of The Royal Borough, while putting the safety, health and happiness of our pack first.
Experiencing what it was like sitting at a desk all day dreaming of what her Spaniel, Pippin, was up to with his dog walker, Emma decided to take the plunge and create a space and service that is not only heaven for the dogs, but for their owners too!
Now having created heaven-on-earth for the pups (ok, we may be a little bias but you’ll find our clients agree too), Emma decided to put her knowledge of dog products to use and launched The Store by Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea, offering a hand-curated selection of the very best in food, apparel, health & wellbeing, grooming and more, with exclusive hand-deliver throughout The Royal Borough.
why we’re different
Every detail of our service has been manufactured with both two legs and four legs in mind. From carefully planning the route our drivers take each day to ensure minimal transit time for our pack, to our use of biodegradable poop bags (many of which can be found on The Store), and our easy to use online booking system.
Improving and building on our facility and service as a whole, as well as seeking out the highest quality, eco-friendly products to bring to direct to your door is our passion and it’s something we’ll never stop working on.
Understanding the level of care that goes into providing our service and the reputation we hold as a result simply requires a visit to Kensington Gardens to strike up a conversation with almost any pup-parent there. We’re proud to say our service speaks for itself, and it helps that owners are greeted each morning by smiling, qualified faces (who are in turn repaid with a slobbery kiss and a wag of the tail)!
Meet the Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea family
Our experienced team possess a wide variety of qualifications, training and experience in canine care. From body language and canine first aid to animal health/husbandry and veterinarian studies, we all come from different backgrounds in the animal care world, which allows us to structure our service and provide advice with a well-rounded perspective.
Fostering, grooming, zoo keeping, dog day care management, dog walking and animal charity work are just a few of the brilliant achievements on our collective resume. Plus, all staff are DBS checked too.
